After there was no summer league in Las Vegas last season because of the NBA Lockout, the summer league will be revived this offseason and the Washington Wizards will be a part of it from July 13-22. The Wizards have participated in every Summer League in Las Vegas since its inception in 2004.

The Wizards, along with the Denver Nuggets, Cleveland Cavaliers and Phoenix Suns are the only teams in the NBA to have participated in each year's Summer League. 10 teams that made this year's NBA playoffs will be participating in the summer league.

24 teams will participate in the Summer League. That includes 23 NBA teams and a team made up of NBA D-League Select players. Each team will play in five games at the Summer League and the games will be played at the Thomas and Mack Center as well as University of Nevada Las Vegas' Cox Pavilion

The games will be broadcast on NBA TV as well as other digital platforms. The schedule of the games that will be played will be announced at a later time.
