The 2012 NBA Drafts is just three weeks away, with means three more weeks of speculation and conjecture as to what player teams might select when their number is called. The Washington Wizards, sitting at the number three spot in the draft, have been attached to numerous players, including Thomas Robinson of Kansas, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist of Kansas and Bradley Beal of Florida. The latest mock draft from Sheridan Hoops, in fact, has Washington taking the former Gator, Beal.
3. Wizards - Bradley Beal, SG, Florida
Washington is looking to put talent around John Wall, and Beal compliments him very well. With his ability to score in a variety of ways, Beal and Wall have the chance to be one of the best backcourts in the NBA. After the NBA Combine, size concerns appear no longer relevant.
Long road ahead, Wiz fans, so expect to see the No. 3 pick attached to a new name a day up until the night of the draft. Let's just hope Ernie Grunfeld and company get the choice right when the time comes.
